These terms describe how the current PropXpert website should be used. They are written for the product that is live today rather than for features that have not launched yet.
Use of the site
By using PropXpert, you agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with the service, misuse account flows, or attempt unauthorised access to private or internal areas.
Informational use
PropXpert pages are informational. They summarise source datasets and are not a substitute for valuation, surveying, conveyancing, lending, insurance, planning or legal advice.
Data quality and timing
The site depends on external source datasets that publish on their own schedules and under their own quality controls. Figures may lag the real-world event, and some datasets are incomplete or vary by geography. Source coverage and attribution notes are published on the data page.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for the email address used to access it and for activity carried out through your sign-in session. We may suspend or limit access where necessary to protect the service.
Intellectual property and source licences
PropXpert contains a mix of site content, compiled data views and third-party public or licensed datasets. Reuse of source data remains subject to the licence terms and attribution requirements of the original data providers.
Changes
The product is still evolving. We may change or remove features, page structures and access rules as the service develops, including the launch timing and terms for any future property-level reports.
