PropXpert keeps the current site deliberately simple. The main personal data in use today comes from account sign-in, saved areas and normal operational logs.
What this notice covers
This page describes the personal data PropXpert handles through the current website and account flows. It is written for the product as it exists now: public area pages, free account sign-in and saved-area features.
Data we collect
If you use the public pages without signing in, the site may still process basic server and security logs such as IP address, request metadata and timestamps. If you create an account, we also process your email address, authentication session details, saved areas and report-history records created by your use of the service.
Why we use it
We use account and session data to sign users in, protect the service, show saved areas, load report history and respond to support requests. We do not use the current web app for advertising audiences, third-party behavioural profiling or selling personal data.
Who processes it
PropXpert relies on third-party service providers for authentication, account-backed data such as saved areas, and hosting. These providers process the minimum data needed to deliver the site securely.
How long we keep it
Account data is retained for as long as the account remains active or until it is deleted, subject to any operational or legal retention needs. Security and operational logs may be retained for shorter periods according to hosting and security practices.
Your choices
You can stop using the public pages at any time. If you want to ask about account data, request deletion, or raise a privacy question, contact [email protected].
